Aspire Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Psychological Associate to join our team in Sierra Madre, CA. This position is ideal for a post-doctoral intern who is passionate about providing psychological assessments to clinical patients facing a variety of challenges, including medical, mental health, attention, and learning difficulties. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and scoring neuropsychological and psychological assessments, ensuring that each evaluation is conducted with the utmost professionalism and accuracy. The role requires a Doctoral degree in Psychology and emphasizes the importance of strong writing, multitasking, and organizational skills. Candidates should have experience in the administration and scoring of psychological tests, including intelligence measures such as WAIS-IV and WISC-V, as well as specific cognitive ability measures like WMS-IV and D-KEFS. Advanced computer skills for data entry and basic programming of scoring algorithms are also essential for this position. We are looking for individuals who have completed 15-20 comprehensive psychological reports, demonstrating their ability to synthesize information and provide insightful evaluations. Flexibility in working hours is a key aspect of this role, as candidates will have the opportunity to choose their own hours while committing to approximately 15-20 hours per week. The position may require travel to various locations, including South Pasadena, Sierra Madre, and Claremont, but this can be arranged to accommodate the candidate's preferences.
