About the position

We are currently seeking exceptional Vascular Technologists / Sonographers for our job opportunities in the Concord, MA area. The role requires candidates to be flexible with their hours and adapt to a hospital environment. As a Vascular Technologist, you will utilize color-flow duplex ultrasound and physiologic testing equipment to produce ultrasound images and related data, which are essential for physicians to render a medical diagnosis. This position is critical in providing accurate and timely diagnostic information to support patient care. Candidates must have graduated from a CAAHEP Accredited program in the Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Cardiovascular Technology profession pathways. Additionally, a valid, accrediting body-recognized credential is required in one or more of the following areas: Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), or Registered Technologist Vascular Sonography (RT(VS)) through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Responsibilities

  • Utilize color-flow duplex ultrasound and physiologic testing equipment to produce ultrasound images and related data.
  • Assist physicians in rendering medical diagnoses based on ultrasound images.
  • Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment in a hospital environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in imaging procedures.
  • Document and report findings accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • Graduated from a CAAHEP Accredited program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Cardiovascular Technology.
  • Valid credential as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS), or Registered Technologist Vascular Sonography (RT(VS)).
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a hospital environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in cardiology, radiology, or vascular specialties.
  • Familiarity with hospital protocols and procedures.
