About the position

The Registrar Services Representative at Adtalem Global Education plays a crucial role in supporting the Registrar Services department by managing transcript evaluations, graduation audits, student registration, and other administrative tasks. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures. The role is hybrid, allowing for both in-office and remote work, and is essential for maintaining the integrity of student records and supporting academic programs.

Responsibilities

  • Complete transcript evaluations and graduation audits.
  • Review student records and assist with student registration.
  • Provide support to students and stakeholders, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Master operational systems to perform daily tasks effectively.
  • Evaluate incoming documents for enrollment and transfer credit eligibility.
  • Register students for courses based on evaluations and program requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with program and department heads on various scenarios.
  • Participate in additional training as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or comparable previous work experience required.
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in an academic or professional setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and database software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual setting.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
