About the position
The College Registrar Services Representative plays a crucial role in supporting the Registrar Services department by handling transcript evaluations, graduation audits, records review, and student registration. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently while meeting productivity expectations and ensuring compliance with institutional policies. The role operates on a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence 1-2 days a week, and offers opportunities for career progression.
Responsibilities
- Complete transcript evaluations and graduation audits.
- Review student records and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
- Register students for courses based on evaluations and program requirements.
- Collaborate with program and department heads on various scenarios.
- Evaluate incoming documents to determine enrollment and admission eligibility.
- Master operational systems to perform daily tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable previous work experience.
- Strong customer service experience, preferably in an academic or professional setting.
- PC skills in Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and database software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively autonomously and independently.
