About the position

The Registration Agent / Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position involves assisting customers with subscription renewals and addressing inquiries through various communication channels. Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding subscription renewals, inquiries, and assistance.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Accurately enter customer information, subscription details, and interactions into the database system.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring documents are properly filed and easily retrievable.
  • Assist in processing legal documents related to subscription renewals and customer accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm subscription renewals, payment processing, and other related details.
  • Proactively follow up with customers regarding any outstanding issues or pending actions to ensure timely resolution.
  • Demonstrate reliability by consistently showing up to work on time and adhering to scheduled shifts.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold corporate standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and paperwork.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and communication.
  • Knowledge of legal filing procedures and documentation is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
