About The Position
The Registration Coordinator I Float is responsible for greeting and checking in patients at the clinic, collecting and verifying patient information, and entering data into the electronic health record system, EPIC. This role requires excellent customer service skills, multitasking abilities, and adherence to HIPAA regulations. As a float position, the coordinator will primarily work at a home base clinic but may be required to cover other clinics in Knox and surrounding counties as needed.
