  • Accurate check-in and admissions of incoming patients in hospital and ED settings.

  • Ability to read and communicate effectively.
  • Basic computer/keyboarding skills and intermediate mathematic competency.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and phone handling skills.
  • Prior desk, appointment, or secretarial experience.
  • Working knowledge of scheduling systems and procedures.
