About The Position
As a Registration Scheduling Specialist at Bryn Mawr, you will be an integral member of our organization, serving as one of the first points of contact for new patients. Your role involves collecting and capturing accurate patient data while providing excellent, empathetic customer service. You will help patients understand their financial responsibilities and the services available to them. This position offers opportunities for career development, including tuition reimbursement for further education, with eligibility for up to $6,000 per year based on your employment status. You will engage with nursing staff, other departments, physician offices, and the general public to provide outstanding service.
