About the position

The Regulatory Change Project Manager at The Adecco Group is responsible for partnering with change sponsors to implement changes within the Operations Change and Transformation team in Global Markets. This role involves overseeing multiple change initiatives driven by business, legal, regulatory, and market requirements, ensuring efficient project completion and effective change management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with change sponsors to implement changes with the Operations Change and Transformation team within Global Markets.
• Oversee all initiative intake, prioritization, change management, and agent readiness requirements.
• Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects using appropriate tools and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project completion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management and Change Management.
• 3+ years of experience in Global Markets and investment banking.
• Knowledge of Operational processing within Global Markets.
• Experience in regulatory reporting / TRACE.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• Business analysis, requirements writing, and managing test phases, including UAT.
