About the position

The Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that the company adheres to all regulatory requirements and standards. This role involves developing compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing guidance to various departments to mitigate risks associated with non-compliance. The manager will also be tasked with staying updated on regulatory changes and implementing necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and update company policies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance across all operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as law, business, or public policy.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - CCEP).
  • Experience in the industry specific to the company's operations.
  • Familiarity with risk management practices.
