The Regulatory Data Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and organizing product and regulatory compliance data and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, project management, and experience with AirTable workflows and automations. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize product and regulatory compliance data and documentation using AirTable.
  • Utilize AirTable to integrate and organize complex datasets and build workflows and automations.
  • Track and operate multiple data projects across coinciding timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with current and future global regulatory requirements.
  • Support environmental efforts by maintaining accurate compliance data for client products.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience using AirTable to manage and build workflows and automations.
  • Minimum 2 years project management experience in data analysis project operations.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
  • Experience with JavaScript and Python preferred.
  • Proficient in managing, analyzing, and synthesizing large datasets.
  • Experience in the electronics industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills required; experience with Tableau or other reporting/visualization tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and Bills of Material (BOM), ideally for complex products like electronics.
