About the position

The Clinical Safety Analytics Associate will play a critical role within the Pharmacovigilance Center of Excellence (PV CoE) by analyzing clinical and safety data to generate insights that support decision-making across the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of various data sources and proficiency in data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing clinical trial data, electronic health records, and other healthcare databases.
  • Ensure data quality and compatibility for analysis through pre-processing, cleaning, and transformation techniques.
  • Apply relevant analytical and statistical methodologies, such as regression analysis and survival analysis.
  • Derive meaningful insights from complex real-world data sets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Biostatistics, Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization, preferably in the bio-pharma or healthcare industry.
  • Experience with Python, R, SAS, and SQL is required.
  • Working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with the bio-pharma industry.
