About the position

The position is responsible for ensuring quality assurance in environmental recordkeeping and reporting for multiple customer facilities. The role involves researching air pollution regulations, preparing compliance reports for regulatory agencies, and assisting customers with environmental data analysis and reporting. The individual will work remotely, requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze environmental data and records for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in designing and verifying air emissions calculations for compliance with federal and state programs.
• Document and maintain air emissions calculations and procedures using various software programs.
• Support customer reporting to EPA databases such as ECMPS and CAMD.
• Interpret environmental regulations and apply knowledge to recordkeeping and reporting efforts.
• Provide training on environmental compliance issues to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least three years of related experience, preferably with air emissions calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and public speaking.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze and summarize raw data for regulatory reports.
• Current valid driver's license.
