About the position

As a Reimbursement Account Manager at Fidelity Health, you will leverage your account management skills to support clients in managing their reimbursement accounts, including FSA, HRA, Commuter, RMSA, and LSA plans. This role involves providing administrative services and acting as the primary communication point for clients, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for dedicated clients and secondary contact for team members' clients.
  • Provide administrative services related to reimbursement accounts.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency in service delivery.
  • Participate in the resolution of service issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to the Product Team for service improvement.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of account management experience with proven client relationship skills.
  • 2-5 years of experience servicing corporate clients.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience with healthcare and wellness benefits.

Nice-to-haves

  • Understanding of reimbursement account administration needs and processes.
  • Familiarity with healthcare and wellness benefits and associated recordkeeping services.
