Responsibilities

• Provide product-specific reimbursement support to patients, healthcare providers, patient advocates, and manufacturer representatives.
• Conduct insurance verifications and benefit investigations via telephone with commercial payers.
• Work daily with commercial payers to ensure appropriate coverage and reimbursement.
• Obtain payer-specific prior authorization documentation and facilitate the prior authorization process.
• Utilize project management and account coordination skills as needed for specific programs.
