About the position

The Relationship Associate at AFC is responsible for managing accounts and providing financing solutions to independent auto dealers. This role focuses on building strong relationships with customers, analyzing their needs, and driving growth opportunities while ensuring a positive customer experience. The associate will work as part of a local team to meet branch goals and support the entrepreneurial dreams of the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of customer needs using CRM tools and work queues.
• Identify dealer needs to promote product solutions and campaigns.
• Manage accounts and enhance dealer growth through performance-related discussions.
• Service and mitigate risk on customer accounts.
• Drive new growth opportunities while managing existing accounts.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to frequently travel within the market to support customers.
• Experience in a multi-faceted environment managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to use technology such as mobile applications and software.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous auto industry experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau.
