About the position
As a Relationship Banker in Branch Banking at Chase, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities
- Delivers an exceptional customer experience by acting with a customer-first attitude
- Manages assigned customers and proactively meets with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships
- Discovers financial needs and tailors product and service recommendations
- Makes personal connections, engages and educates customers, and listens to establish trust
- Influences, educates, and connects customers to technology
- Provides financial options for customers using a consultative approach
- Learns products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately
- Works in partnership with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Retail banking sales, Financial services sales, or Consultative relationship sales role
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration, and Life licenses required within 180 days of hire
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
