About the position

The Relationship Banker position is focused on providing exceptional service and building long-term banking relationships with clients. The role involves assessing client needs, delivering tailored banking services, and collaborating with other bank professionals to enhance the client experience. The banker is responsible for opening various deposit accounts, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client inquiries are addressed promptly.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine individual client needs to identify suitable FineMark services.
• Provide and deliver various banking services in partnership with other professionals.
• Open a variety of deposit accounts for clients, including checking, savings, and IRAs.
• Cultivate banking relationships through community involvement and networking.
• Follow up with contacts and prospects to foster long-term client relationships.
• Maintain contact with clients to enhance relationships and develop referrals.
• Perform account research and maintenance, assisting with online banking.
• Respond to client inquiries and address concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain client files on Salesforce and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years' banking experience in a client service role, preferably with a wealth management bank.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills required.
• Experience with FIS software is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions with limited supervision.
