About the position

The Relationship Banker at Old National Bank is responsible for developing and nurturing long-term client relationships by providing personalized financial solutions and advice. This role involves cross-selling banking products, educating clients on digital solutions, and actively participating in community outreach efforts. The Relationship Banker plays a crucial role in achieving sales and service targets while ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow client and prospective client relationships.
  • Consult with clients to uncover needs and advise on product alternatives.
  • Cross-sell products and services and refer to business product partners.
  • Maintain contact with the client base through proactive touch points.
  • Market a full range of banking services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Proactively resolve customer maintenance and service problems.
  • Educate clients on emerging technology and digital solutions.
  • Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Minimum one year relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience.
  • Eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) or currently NMLS registered.
