Responsibilities

• Provides solutions and counseling to Members on Credit Union products and services.
• Analyzes Members' holistic financial needs and educates them on financial products and services.
• Guides Members through financial difficulties or concerns.
• Maintains subject matter expertise in lending products and services and financial literacy.
• Collaborates with the Branch Development Manager for community networking and business generation.
• Participates in community organization programs and events, representing Centra at various activities.
• Engages in required Learning Path for continued development and growth.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
• 1 to 3 years of similar or related experience.

Benefits

• Minimum starting wage of $26.43 per hour.
