About the position

The Relationship Executive within the Middle Market Banking team at JPMorgan Chase is responsible for growing and retaining profitable relationships with clients in the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries sector. This role focuses on delivering value-added financial solutions, meeting business development goals, and anticipating client needs to maximize revenue over the life of the relationship. The position requires a strong customer focus and the ability to build lasting relationships while staying informed about industry trends and innovations.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships.
• Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation.
• Develop a weekly sales plan prioritizing revenue-generating sales opportunities.
• Cultivate referral sources and institutionalize relationships and calling.

Requirements

• Seven plus years of direct lending or credit support related experience, focusing on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Knowledge of the local market.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.
• Sales management and business development skills.
• FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Exam Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire.
