About the position

The Relationship Management Specialist at Adobe focuses on managing a portfolio of mid-market customers using Adobe's Workfront solution. The primary goal is to retain and grow these clients through strategic selling and engagement, working closely with various teams to provide value and uncover growth opportunities. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about client success and driven to exceed sales quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Close renewal and expansion business, meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Actively manage the success of a portfolio of assigned Workfront customers, overseeing contracts and renewals.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to ensure account success.
  • Engage clients in regular business reviews to ensure adoption and resolve concerns.
  • Establish and grow relationships with executive sponsors and decision makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing value and insights.
  • Identify key indicators to improve client adoption and proactively make recommendations.
  • Accurately build and maintain a weekly sales forecast.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and account management in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven sales track record of exceeding 100% of sales quotas.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategies on assigned accounts.
  • Ability to execute complex sales cycles involving multiple teams and products.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with executive sponsors and end users.
  • Ability to position and communicate the value of Workfront effectively.
  • Sophisticated selling capabilities to identify and convert expansion opportunities.
  • Understanding of Adobe's Content Supply Chain offering and Workfront's role within it.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, collaboration, and communication skills.

  • Competitive salary range of $99,800 - $180,000 annually based on experience and location.
  • Sales commission plans for short-term incentives.
