About the position

The Release/Change Manager will oversee the release process for enterprise-level projects in an Agile environment, ensuring efficient and low-risk deployments. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams, focusing on managing the end-to-end release cycle and adhering to change management protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end release process for enterprise-level projects.
  • Coordinate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Ensure adherence to change management protocols during the release process.
  • Manage at least one release per month, with a focus on ongoing operations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and migration projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments performing release and change management.
  • Strong experience in Agile methodologies and JIRA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with Confluence.
  • Experience with Remedy.
