The Release Manager/Change Manager role at Dexian involves overseeing the delivery and execution of IT projects, ensuring that all project releases are managed effectively. Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery and execution of IT Projects and end-to-end project executions
• Manage multiple projects or a single major project and partner with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to obtain required evidence
• Manage timelines and communicate project status
• Manage various governance checklists prior to project releases

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience
• Seasoned Project / Release Manager who can support the projects E2E release
• Experience in understanding the Project Deliverables needed for the release
• Successfully drive release sessions, document the release artifacts, communicate with key stakeholders
• Experience in reviewing the CRQ/Remedy tickets
• Experience leading technology projects releases
• Ability to communicate clearly and navigate at all levels in the organization
• Highly organized with critical thinking abilities
• Experience delivering large projects ensuring deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
