About the position

We are seeking a skilled handyman with at least 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair work. The role involves performing various tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general handyman duties. The handyman will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and facilities
• Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment
• Maintain and repair plumbing and electrical systems
• Perform carpentry and painting tasks
• Ensure all work is completed on time and to a high standard
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
• Knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
