We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Virtual Assistant to support a public figure within the Varian medical system. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere, with communication primarily conducted via email and occasional text messages. The role is predominantly administrative, focusing on various tasks that require attention to detail and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be available to work on weekends, as the main responsibilities will involve compiling and responding to Instagram post comments and managing social media interactions during this time. The primary job responsibility includes compiling and emailing Instagram post comments and posting replies. You will be tasked with sending replies via email on weekends only, ensuring that all interactions are handled promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will be responsible for weekend posting to Instagram and TikTok, with content provided by the public figure. No graphic design skills are required for this role, but a good understanding of social media platforms is essential. Beyond social media management, the position also involves miscellaneous virtual assistance tasks, which may include administrative duties, making phone calls, conducting online shopping, and performing research as needed. This role is expected to require approximately 10 hours of work per week, with a starting base pay ranging from $35 to $55 per hour, depending on various factors such as experience, qualifications, and performance in skills tests.
