About the position
Tots on the Spot, LLC is seeking reliable caregivers for a part-time childcare opportunity during a military family event in Boulder, CO. The role involves creating a fun and safe environment for children while engaging them in various activities. This position offers flexible working hours and the chance to work alongside experienced caregivers in a supportive setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide childcare for children during events
- Engage children in activities such as arts and crafts, games, and storytime
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all attendees
- Assist the Head Caregiver in setting up the childcare space
- Communicate effectively with parents and event organizers
Requirements
- At least 6 months of childcare experience (professional, babysitting, teaching, parenting, etc.)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must provide proof of a background check completed within the last year or be willing to complete one online immediately
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in event childcare
- First aid certification
- Teaching experience
