About the position

The Relief Account Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for up-selling and fulfilling customer needs in the absence of an Account Manager. This role focuses on execution and merchandising, ensuring customer retention and penetration in large format accounts across a designated territory. The position requires flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, with a commitment to maximizing growth and distribution of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth and share growth.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell products and promotions.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations to maximize sales.
• Participate in the installation of revamped beverage sections and displays.
• Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in allocated beverage sections.
• Assist in the sale and placement of vendors in chain store accounts.
• Maintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts.
• Ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment or sales position with accountability for sales targets.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
