About the position

The Relief Cook position at Resort Lifestyle Communities involves providing high-quality, resort-style food and service to residents and guests. This part-time role focuses on creating positive relationships while working under the direction of the Executive Chef, primarily during weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve dynamic entrees and high-quality food personalized to residents' preferences.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the kitchen.
• Be the first smiling face residents see every weekend morning.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a professional in the food service industry.
• Experience working in a team environment, ideally in a culinary setting.
• Knowledge and ability to prep, prepare, and present food on a buffet, as well as cook eggs and omelets as ordered.
• Knowledgeable in food sanitation guidelines and able to operate kitchen equipment as needed.
