About the position

The Relief Hotel Night Auditor is responsible for performing night audit duties, ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts, and providing exceptional customer service during overnight shifts. This part-time position requires attention to detail and the ability to handle various administrative tasks while maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Responsibilities

• Perform night audit duties including balancing and reconciling hotel transactions
• Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle guest inquiries and concerns
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and software are a PLUS
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently
