About The Position
The Relief Telephone Operator/Service Receptionist is a part-time, on-call position responsible for providing relief coverage for absent employees and meeting temporary staffing needs. This role serves as the first point of contact for the City of Lakewood, handling incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate departments, and performing various clerical tasks. The incumbent must be able to work with little notice and may work up to 28 hours per week, depending on departmental needs.
