About the position

Kelly® is looking for a Remediation Project Account Coordinator to work at a premier medical device manufacturer in Plymouth, MN. This role is crucial in ensuring effective communication and coordination of resources for various projects within the organization. As a Remediation Project Account Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for all communication and approvals regarding resource allocation and account scheduling. You will support the creation and maintenance of a Master Schedule to facilitate coordinated scheduling, ensuring that all project timelines and resource logistics are managed effectively. Your responsibilities will include creating, communicating, and managing detailed plans with Customer Accounts, managing resource allocations for account scheduling, and co-managing assigned resources. You will also coordinate the return of affected devices to a Company location when necessary and provide a forecast of Customer Account scheduling targets. Documenting account statuses and providing quality records will be essential, as will implementing various business process improvement and automation initiatives. You will facilitate 3rd party resource training, review and audit documentation, and support the reconciliation of project records to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and company procedures. This position requires strong customer-centric communication skills to support project completion with minimal customer impact. You will utilize your computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word, to perform your duties effectively. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the medical device industry preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Negotiation and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
