About the position

Gunnison is seeking well-qualified, motivated Remedy Engineers and Admins to support our government customers. The role involves supporting BMC Remedy operations and maintenance projects, troubleshooting incidents and problems with the Remedy System as needed, and performing patching and deployments. Additionally, the position requires supporting the implementation of system enhancements to improve system reliability and performance. Responsibilities

  • Support BMC Remedy operations and maintenance projects.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and problems with the Remedy System as needed.
  • Perform patching and deployments.
  • Support the implementation of system enhancements to improve system reliability and performance.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience supporting Remedy development and/or administration
  • ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification preferred
  • BMC Certified Associate (Remedy/Helix) preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required (equivalent experience may be substituted)
  • Active clearance Secret or above
