About the position

Gunnison is seeking motivated Remedy Engineers and Admins to support government customers by managing BMC Remedy operations. The role involves troubleshooting, patching, and implementing system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support BMC Remedy operations and maintenance projects.
• Troubleshoot incidents and problems with the Remedy System as needed.
• Perform patching and deployments.
• Support the implementation of system enhancements to improve system reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting Remedy development and/or administration.
• Bachelor's Degree required (equivalent experience may be substituted).
• Active clearance Secret or above.

Nice-to-haves

• ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification preferred.
• BMC Certified Associate (Remedy/Helix) preferred.
