About the position

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Carpenter in home remodeling projects.
• Install vertical platform lifts, stair glides, ramps, and floors.
• Convert bathtubs into walk-in showers.
• Follow safety protocols on construction sites.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• 4 years of construction experience.
• 3 years of remodeling experience.
• 3 years of experience using power tools.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in shower installation (5-7 years preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and precision in carpentry work.
• Proficiency in drywall installation and finishing techniques.
