About the position

The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and managing affiliate marketing programs aimed at driving customer acquisition and revenue growth within the financial services sector. This position requires a motivated individual with a strong background in affiliate marketing to collaborate with the marketing team and optimize affiliate performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to promote financial products and services.
• Identify and recruit new affiliates and partners to expand the affiliate network.
• Manage relationships with existing affiliates, providing support and resources to maximize their performance.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all affiliate marketing activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve affiliate marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Proven experience recruiting and signing on influencers to a brand.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
