About the position
The Remote AI Training Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for AI systems, ensuring they are effectively trained to meet organizational needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance AI capabilities and improve overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for AI systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine AI models.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems post-training.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Create documentation and training materials for AI training processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience in AI/ML model training and evaluation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
