About the position
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Apartment Locator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new housing opportunities for apartment renters, leveraging their networking and social media/marketing skills to connect with clients and assist them in finding their ideal homes.
Responsibilities
- Connect with people looking for apartment homes in Texas.
- Assist clients in finding the perfect home for their needs.
- Follow up with clients until they are secured a new home.
Requirements
- Valid Texas real estate license or currently working to obtain one.
- Experience in property management.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Sales experience, preferably 1 year.
- Administrative skills.
- Effective communication skills.
