About the position

Responsibilities

  • Utilize provided warm leads to drive sales without the need for cold calling.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 3 testing attempts.
  • Proven success in maintaining adequate typing speed while conversing with customers.
  • Working knowledge of auto policies, underwriting, and billing guidelines.
  • Strong professional phone etiquette and proficiency with sales systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Property & Casualty License preferred but not required in certain states.
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
