About the position

Responsibilities

  • Sell property and casualty insurance products to customers.

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional phone etiquette.
  • Utilize sales systems effectively to manage leads and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty License required in specified states.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to be qualified by DOI to be appointed as a licensed sales agent.
  • Proven typing speed while communicating with customers.
  • Working knowledge of auto policies, underwriting, and billing guidelines.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.

  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services.
