Responsibilities

• Manage multiple audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and audit teams.
• Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports.
• Identify areas for improvement in client operations and provide recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field (Master's is a plus).
• Active CPA certification is required.
• 8+ years of external audit experience in public accounting.
• Current Audit Manager or Senior Manager experience is mandatory.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience is required.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple audit engagements.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in For-Profit industries, particularly Construction and Real Estate.
• CCH Engagement experience is preferred.
