About the position

The Remote Bilingual Contact Center Intake Specialist at GreenPath Financial Wellness is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking financial assistance. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients in understanding financial products and services, and scheduling appointments with financial counselors. The position requires fluency in both Spanish and English, as well as a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and providing empathetic communication to clients in need.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to incoming phone calls from potential clients.
• Provide customer service via phone, chat, or email in both Spanish and English.
• Explain financial products and services to prospective clients.
• Schedule appointments for clients with GreenPath Financial Counselors.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about services.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information during data entry.
• Triage calls from existing clients and route them appropriately.
• Address customer complaints and escalate as necessary.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute at 80% accuracy.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to contractual obligations.
• Ability to work full-time, typically Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays every 6-8 weeks.
