About the position

The Remote Bilingual Contact Center Intake Specialist at GreenPath Financial Wellness is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking financial assistance. This role involves welcoming clients through inbound and outbound calls, explaining financial products and services, and scheduling appointments with financial counselors. The position requires fluency in both Spanish and English, as well as a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and providing empathetic communication. The specialist will work remotely, ensuring a positive experience for clients while adhering to the organization's standards and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls/tasks with prospective clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to potential and current clients.
• Address prospective clients' questions regarding GreenPath services and the appointment process.
• Data entry of client information while maintaining confidentiality.
• Initiate the first financial assessment for clients.
• Schedule appointments for prospective clients with a GreenPath Financial Counselor.
• Triage calls from existing clients and creditors and route appropriately.
• Intake and review customer complaints and route them to the appropriate escalation process.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute at 80% accuracy.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to contracts in place.
• Ability to work full-time, typically Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays every 6-8 weeks.
