The Remote Bilingual Contact Center Intake Specialist at GreenPath Financial Wellness is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking financial assistance. This role involves welcoming clients, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments with financial counselors. The specialist will work remotely, utilizing their bilingual skills in Spanish and English to assist a diverse clientele. The position emphasizes empathy, communication, and a commitment to helping individuals navigate their financial challenges.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to incoming phone calls from potential clients.
• Provide customer service via phone, chat, or email in both Spanish and English.
• Explain GreenPath financial products and services to prospective clients.
• Schedule appointments for clients with financial counselors.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients for service inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information during data entry.
• Triage calls from existing clients and creditors appropriately.
• Address customer complaints and route them to the escalation process if necessary.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute at 80% accuracy.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to contractual obligations.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
