About the position

The Remote Bilingual Contact Center Intake Specialist at GreenPath Financial Wellness is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking financial assistance. This role involves welcoming clients, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments with financial counselors. The specialist will work remotely, utilizing their bilingual skills in Spanish and English to assist a diverse clientele. The position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming phone calls from potential clients and welcome them to the organization.
• Provide customer service via phone, chat, or email in both Spanish and English.
• Explain financial products and services to prospective clients and schedule appointments with counselors.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients inquiring about services.
• Respond to client emails and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Data entry of client information and initiate the first financial assessment.
• Triage calls from existing clients and creditors, routing them appropriately.
• Address customer complaints and route them to the escalation process if necessary.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute at 80% accuracy.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to contract obligations.
• Ability to work full-time, typically Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays every 6-8 weeks.
