The Remote Bilingual Contact Center Intake Specialist at GreenPath Financial Wellness is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking financial assistance. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients in understanding financial products and services, and scheduling appointments with financial counselors. The position requires fluency in both Spanish and English, and the ability to work remotely while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients in both Spanish and English.
• Explain financial products and services to clients and schedule appointments with financial counselors.
• Conduct initial financial assessments and triage calls from existing clients and creditors.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information and data entry of client details.
• Address customer complaints and route them appropriately for resolution.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute at 80% accuracy.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to contractual obligations.
• Ability to work full-time, typically Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays every 6-8 weeks.
