About the position

The Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative at TEKsystems is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members of a leading healthcare client. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries related to their insurance needs, including benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices. The representative will work from home, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience for members while handling inbound and outbound calls and online communications.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and the Internet.
  • Assist members with inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices.
  • Provide a positive and welcoming experience to members.
  • Answer inquiries thoroughly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to hardwire internet connection (no WIFI).
  • Pass a drug test and background check.
