About the position

The Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative at ECHOSPHERE LLC is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting inquiries. This role involves promoting products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure they derive maximum value from their DISH experience. The representative will handle a range of customer concerns, from simple queries to more complex issues, while communicating effectively in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an information resource for billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions.
  • Promote products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Provide solutions to customer concerns, ranging from simple to complex issues.
  • Interact with customers across the country, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain open availability for scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
