About the position

The Remote Bilingual Outbound Customer Service Representative will support a health and wellness client by assisting members after their initial appointments with Registered Dietitians. This role is essential for helping members understand the value of the 12-week programs offered and contributes to the company's growth. Responsibilities include conducting check-ins, scheduling follow-up visits, and addressing member inquiries about tele-nutrition.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct check-ins with members after their initial visit to ensure a positive experience.
  • Communicate the benefits of the 12-week programs to members.
  • Assist in scheduling follow-up visits with Registered Dietitians.
  • Address any questions or concerns members may have about tele-nutrition.
  • Escalate issues to the Support Team lead as needed.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in outbound customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling.
  • Experience in a high-volume outbound calling role, making 100+ calls a day.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a start-up environment.
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications.
  • Reliable personal computer or laptop running Windows 11 or MacOS 12.7.4 or higher.

  • Previous experience working in healthcare or a strong passion for health and wellness.
