The Business Systems Analyst position at Covetus LLC is a remote role that requires candidates to be local to Michigan for occasional travel to the facility for equipment distribution. The analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing training, and facilitating communication between users and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a customer service-oriented mindset and be able to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. In this role, you will be expected to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, typically from Monday to Friday, with flexible start and end times. The pay rate for this position is $35 per hour, and it is classified as a contract role. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook and OneDrive, to assist users in navigating and utilizing these tools effectively. Your experience with ServiceNow will be crucial in managing service requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Support users in utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ServiceNow effectively.

  • Facilitate communication between users and technical teams to ensure user needs are met.
  • Manage service requests and incidents through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Document user interactions and maintain records of support activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting users in a business systems environment.
  • Prior experience with ServiceNow is required.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook and OneDrive.
